These inserts are made from Polyamide reinforced Nylon with a 16mm Nickel plated brass thread

All goods are in stock for next working day delivery.

 

Insert head (D1) = 30mm, 40mm & 50mm

Box Section ( Inside )  (D2) = 1.5mm to 2.5mm ( wall thickness )

Insert depth (H1) = 35mm

Head depth = (H2) = 8mm to ( 10mm on the 50mm x 50mm )

Thread depth (H3) = 24mm

Thread diameter (D3) = 16mm



 



Inserts load rating (with brass thread) - 30mm, 500Kg, 40mm & 50mm= 800kg

Nickel plated brass thread within polyamide plastic body

 

  1. Thread size (D3) - 16mm only 
  2. Tube size (D1) - 30mm x 30mm to 50mm x 50mm  (1.5 to 2.5mm tube wall thickness)
